Terms and Conditions

Return Policy

All claims for credit, shortages and/or damages must be placed within ten days of receipt of merchandise. Please call or email for authorization for items you wish to return or exchange. Please place the authorization number within the return. All merchandise must be received by Racines in saleable condition, unless merchandise is found to be defective.

If the merchandise is being returned because the order was incorrectly filled by us or the merchandise is defective, we will pay the costs. For all other returns or exchanges the shipping cost remain the responsibility of the customer.

Please indicate if this is a return or an exchange with the returned package, and include authorization number. Any refund or credit for exchange will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and Handling fees are not subject to refund unless the merchandise is defective or we shipped an incorrect item. Any form of reimbursement is consistent with the original method of payment.

Our shipping charges are based U.S.P.S. Priority mail rates, which are based on package weight , size, and distance shipped. We ship anywhere in the U.S.
